This home was a rental for the past few years.  A significant amount of work needed to be done so we can have this property move-in ready for the Buyer.  All the carpet was replaced.  Basement carpet was replaced with a light colored Vinyl Plank.  The entire townhome was painted a super-white.  It really helps enhance any natural sunshine that comes through.  Fixtures are being updated, new bathroom tile floor, new light fixtures to replace the bulky outdated ceiling fan in the Kitchen and chandelier in the Living Room.  Outside we are doing a complete cleanup.  Soft scrub of the deck.  It’s a beautiful newer deck, and just needs the dirt and mildew cleaned off of it.  The gutter and downspouts and siding will also be cleaned and the shudders painted.  Front steps and sidewalk will get a power washing.
